Well, what to say...I'm a 54 yr old guy who likes helping people. Happiest when I'm learning so, I keep seeking. Matters of the mind, heart and spirit intrigue me. Despite a recent period of separation my wife L and I are happily back together once again. I have a daughter, S and a son, R. S is engaged to D and had their baby Z, August 4/07. R & his partner M had a daughter M, July 26/08. I'm a recovering alcoholic through the 12 steps of AA; so I'll keep my last name to myself. I work at a drug & alcohol residential treatment centre where I was in treatment a few years ago.

When I was news editor for a weekly mag, we wrote at that level, part of our editorial brief !?!
Apparently it's the level most people prefer reading at.
Besides, on blogging, who wants to read an academic diatribe... me not!
Yeah, I think I'll likely stick to my comfort zone. I'm not around to try and impress anyone.
