Doing What I Was Told.....
Honest, right from the get-go I was advised to recognize and celebrate all the little milestones along the way, so... tooot, toooot, to, toooot..... 10 complete weeks smoke free. I am supposed to buy or save toward something significant so I have put some money away toward a trip west to see my 2 grown kids. 1 in Calgary, 1 in Vancouver. That will be a sweet payoff.

I'm glad you're actually putting away those savings. I wish I had.
Little by little; a day at a time I'm a little closer to seeing them.
