A gardener, I am not. I recognize roses, lilies and irises when I see them and a few more sorts of flowering plants. But I do appreciate the shapes, colours and aromas of all those I behold. Stash them away in memory and take photos of them just in case I should forget their beauty. These are a few I've snapped in the last couple of days about the house and thought I'd share. Enjoy.

Well, what to say...I'm a 54 yr old guy who likes helping people. Happiest when I'm learning so, I keep seeking. Matters of the mind, heart and spirit intrigue me. Despite a recent period of separation my wife L and I are happily back together once again. I have a daughter, S and a son, R. S is engaged to D and had their baby Z, August 4/07. R & his partner M had a daughter M, July 26/08. I'm a recovering alcoholic through the 12 steps of AA; so I'll keep my last name to myself. I work at a drug & alcohol residential treatment centre where I was in treatment a few years ago.

Thanks! If I keep working at it I might someday get as good as Robin; a worthy goal.
